The support portal

PRIMARY SOURCE BAM’s franchisee help desk and its fifty-two articles, captured in full

Primary source: the live portal at bamfran.freshdesk.com/support (public, no login, as of July 23, 2026). A complete, format-preserving copy is kept on this site at the support portal archive. Related: The store, The disclosure.

Bricks & Minifigs runs an online help desk for its franchisees, at bamfran.freshdesk.com. It requires no login. The fifty-two articles on it are the operating instructions the company gives a store owner: how to set up the point-of-sale system every store is required to buy, which vendors to use, how to run the store’s website, and how to advertise it. The portal was captured in full on July 23, 2026, and a format-preserving copy is kept here.

What is in it PRIMARY SOURCE

The portal is the operating manual for a Bricks & Minifigs store. The Heartland & Patron section covers the Heartland Retail point-of-sale system that the company’s franchise documents require every store to buy, including the PAX A920 card terminal and the barcode scanner, with company standards for how items and vendors are entered. The Marketing and Website sections cover the store’s Facebook and TikTok advertising, its search-engine settings, the Brick Studio print service, the GoHighLevel platform, and a twelve-step checklist for launching the store’s website. It is the same set of requirements the store already documents from the company’s disclosure filings: the required system, the company’s access to store data, the pricing policy. The full contents are in the preserved copy.

Another BAM page left open CONFIRMED

This is not the first BAM material found public with no login. A day earlier, a Bricks & Minifigs “Brand Review” deck that the company shows prospects only after they sign a confidentiality agreement was found publicly retrievable from the company’s own web infrastructure. That was one document; this is the whole help desk. Both are catalogued in The disclosure.

In fairness: a public help center is an ordinary choice for a franchise company, and most of the portal is routine how-to writing, not customer records and not a trade secret in the legal sense. The company may have meant some of it to be public. The finding is narrow: the material was reachable with no login, it is the company’s own, and it is preserved here as it stood. Nothing wrongful is alleged in its being online, and everyone named keeps the presumption of innocence.

Sources. Primary source: the Bricks & Minifigs franchisee support portal, bamfran.freshdesk.com/support (public, no login, captured July 23, 2026); the complete format-preserving copy is kept on this site. The required point-of-sale system, the company’s access to store data, and the pricing policy are documented from BAM’s Franchise Disclosure Documents in The store. The earlier exposure of the “Brand Review” deck is in The disclosure. The wider structure is on the map.
