Two weeks after a U-Haul ran two round trips between the two stores, Brandon Best’s Eugene store advertised its biggest used-set sale of the year. The party room, it said, would be “packed with used sets.” This is the store where Bryan Mansell’s consigned collection was catalogued and sold.

On November 29, 2025 — Small Business Saturday — the Bricks & Minifigs store in Eugene held what it called, on its own Facebook page, “OUR BIGGEST SALE OF THE YEAR.” It was a used-set sale. The store said its party room would be “packed with used sets,” discounted more steeply as the day wore on, and its bulk tables would be half off. That is an ordinary thing for a used-Lego store to do. What is worth setting down is when it happened, and which store it was.

It ran a hype reel for the sale as well. It closes on the storefront.
The reel ends on the words “780 BLAIR BLVD!” over the storefront. That is the Eugene store, and in BAM’s own 2026 Franchise Disclosure Document, Exhibit F, the operator of the Eugene store — and of the Keizer store the collection came from — is the same man: Brandon Best.

Nov 15–17, 2025The third U-Haul. Out of a Eugene storage lot at 12:19 a.m., back by Monday. The paid invoice works out to about 305 miles — two round trips between Eugene and Keizer. On the middle day, a customer filmed the owner behind the Keizer counter, saying he had been “at Eugene earlier today.”
Nov 29, 2025Twelve days later — the next big retail weekend, Small Business Saturday — the Eugene store runs its biggest used-set sale of the year, the party room “packed with used sets.”
Two round trips of a truck between the stores, and then, the next sale weekend, the receiving store empties its used-set room at up to forty percent off. The record does not say what was in the truck. It does say the truck ran, twice, and it says what the store did two weeks later, in the store’s own words.
Whose used sets CORROBORATED
This is the store that took in Bryan Mansell’s consigned collection. That is not new to this page; it is the subject of the Keizer file, and two of its findings are worth showing here, because most people have not seen them.
First, the collection did not trickle in the way walk-in trades do. It landed in a burst. On a single two-day sitting, December 23–24, 2024 — thirty-nine days after the November 14 seizure — the Eugene store’s own online catalog logged twenty-three used Star Wars sets at once, against a normal pace of about two a day.
Second, the collection has a shape no ordinary resale inventory has. A store buying used Lego on the open market ends up with mostly one of each set. Mansell’s consigned lot held the same set over and over — one set thirty times, another twenty-one times, a third nineteen — the fingerprint of a single collection built and handed over as a whole, not stock bought one box at a time.
In fairness: a used-Lego store running a used-set sale is ordinary retail, and the flyer and the video advertise the store’s used inventory in general, not any named person’s sets. Nothing on the flyer, in the video, or on this page shows Bryan Mansell’s specific copies changing hands at this sale, and nothing here is a finding that they did. The dates, the discounts, and the store are the store’s own facts; the collection’s presence at this store is established in the Keizer file. Brandon Best and Bricks & Minifigs are entitled to the presumption of innocence, and no court has ruled on any of this.
A truck ran twice between the two stores. Two weeks later, the store at the receiving end held the biggest used-set sale of its year and told its customers the party room was packed.
