He states he expects one of his own children to contest his estate and that he knows which one, describes the over-litigation funnel as “very intentional,” and markets the structure he names the “Revenge Clause” with the line “sue me if you want to but you better understand if you sue me I’ll never have to pay you.” These are party statements about knowledge and design, not an adjudication of intent.
