10If you don't add a custom Employee ID, an Employee ID will be automatically assigned to the User.

13Roles define what this User will have access to, and are typically connected to the responsibilities they will have within your store. These include Account Manager, Store Manager, Cashier Plus, and Cashier.
14In most cases, your employees will only need access to one location, however, if you own multiple franchises and you have an employee available to work multiple locations this is where you will adjust for that.
